I build the campaigns, write the ads, and run them, so you show up when somebody in your area is already searching for the work. Leads reach your phone within seconds, and they're exclusive to you. Nobody else gets called about the same roof or the same system.
Tell me about your businessNo fee. No retainer. I take 6% of the work the ads bring you.
Marketplace leads get sold several times over. By the time you call, the homeowner has already heard from your competitors, and the conversation starts on price instead of the roof.
Every lead from your campaign is yours alone. Nobody else gets called about that roof. Somebody typing “roof leak repair” into Google has already decided they need the work done — they are not browsing, they are looking for a number to call. After a storm those searches spike in the affected postcodes, and I can push budget at exactly those streets the same day.
A no-heat call in January is the highest-intent search there is, and it goes to whoever picks up. If you are on a job when it comes in, somebody else gets it, and you never knew it happened.
Those searches are the ones worth bidding on. “AC not cooling”, “furnace repair near me” — nobody types that out of curiosity. The lead is texted to you within seconds of arriving, so it is sitting on your phone whether or not you could answer. Through the quieter months the budget moves to replacement searches instead.
| Ad spend | You choose, $1,500 minimum. Paid on your own card, directly to Google. It never passes through me, and you can switch it off at any time. |
| My fee | None. No retainer, no setup, no monthly. I take 6% of the revenue on jobs the ads bring you, invoiced after you've been paid for them. |
| Landing page | Included. I build it and I host it. No charge at any point. |
| Lead alerts | Included. Every lead texted to you within seconds. |
I don't make money unless you do.
There's no version of this where I invoice you for a month that produced nothing. My income is a share of yours, which means the only way I earn more is by bringing you work you'd not otherwise have had. On a $12,000 roof, 6% is $720 — owed after the job is paid, not before it starts.
I won't tell you how many jobs you'll close. Whether a lead becomes a customer depends on your pricing, your quoting, and how fast you call back. None of that is mine to control, so putting a number on it wouldn't be honest.
What I will do is tie my own income to the outcome. If the ads don't produce work, I don't get paid, which is the strongest guarantee I can honestly give. No contract and no notice period. Switch the ad spend off whenever you want.
Garrett Magnon. I build and run ad campaigns for roofing and HVAC companies, and I write the software that handles the heavy lifting: the landing pages, the lead routing, and the reporting. That's why I can work this way. The build is largely automated on my end, so taking a share of the result costs me less than charging a retainer would cost you.
